Back in October last year I met up with the lovely Katie and Richard in Greenwich for their pre-wedding photography session (see post here) and I had a fun afternoon photographing these two and getting them use to being in front of my camera. But at the end of May after having been together for over 10 years, it was the real deal and they tied the knot at Oaks Farm surrounded by their close friends and family. They travelled around the world in 2009 and it was at their first stop, Rio de Janeiro, that Richard proposed and made the trip all the more special.

Richard and Katie’s dream team included:

Florist and flowers used in bouquets etc: Emma from Emma Floral Designs hot pink blooms of hydrangeas, roses, peonies, etc

Richard and Katie was very nervous about everyone watching them for their first dance. They’d chosen “This Year’s Love” by David Gray to open the dance floor up.

A big thank you to Tracy from the Oaks Farm team for her assistance on the day and to Aidan and his team for looking after us too and spoiling us with a very lovely meal and refreshments – always something to look forward to during a busy day!

Richard and Katie, thank you for an amazing day with your friends and family – we hope you have a fantastic honeymoon in one of our personal favourite locations.. South Africa! 🙂 xox
