Ray and Carly’s wedding ceremony took place in the Fenchurch Room at the Andaz Hotel, London Liverpool Street – Sam and her team from the Andaz did an amazing job throughout the day as always. Their wedding reception followed in the Andaz Studio. I loved how they was decorated with personal Aussie table names (taken from their travels around Australia). Oh wait, look out for the personalised M&Ms with portraits on! Rather apt for the Studio which is lined with portrait photography. Between courses and during speeches I could also quietly go around the room unobtrusively and photograph guests having a great time – it’s another one of my favourite things to be able to do for a couple at their wedding. It’s always so lovely to be able to look back and see these moments which the bride and groom might have missed seeing themselves on the day.
After dinner, the guests joined the evening guests for cake cutting and dancing in the Great Eastern Room. How cute are all their special mementos from travels. And they had an guestbook with a difference – a surfboard which the guests could sign.
Ray and Carly, what a wonderful wedding day you had, and how lucky I am to have been on hand to capture all these special memories for you – thank you! Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter and happy crazy travel adventures xx
