Tommy and Kelly {Leeds Castle, Kent}

Gorgeous Kelly and Tommy’s wedding at Leeds Castle this summer was magnificent (see their pre-wedding portrait session in Richmond Park early spring last year here).

They were set up by mutual friends at a local social club. Tommy proposed to Kelly after dinner and a night out watching Dirty Dancing at the theatre. I love how romantic he was having set up a timeline of the stages in their relationship hanging from one door to another in the hallway with individual cards, pictures and a note on each one about things like when they had first met, when they had first kissed. At the end of the line, Kelly opened the last door.. behind which Tommy was waiting on bended knee ready to propose to her! 🙂 Two years later and finally the big day had arrived.

She wore a beautiful Monique Llhullier strapless gown with pleated bodice and rose embroidered A-line skirt. Her three bridesmaids wore Dessy floor length strapless satin gowns  in dark purple. Their dream team also included Leith’s Catering and their wedding cake was by Maisie Fantaisie.

I loved her bouquet of peonys (my favourite “English” flowers) and roses.

Their first dance song was “Can’t take my eyes off of You” by Andy Williams

A big thank you to Leonette who was my assistant on the day and of course a massive thank you to Jenny and her team from Leeds Castle for looking after us too.

Tommy and Kelly, wishing you two much love, laughter and happiness x
