I photographed Marta’s maternity portrait session at Non Such Park in March and last weekend I had the privilege of photographing their handsome lil man at two weeks and 2 days new. Isn’t he just adorable?

It was a very wet and rainy day on Saturday but it didn’t dampen any spirits and Pritesh and Minolee had a wonderful wedding at Wrest Park with their very lovely family and friends.

Whilst they’re soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the next part of their wedding celebrations with Minolee’s family in Sri Lanka, here are a couple of teaser images from their English wedding day.

I photographed Robyn’s maternity portrait session at Non Such Park not so very long ago and today I had the privilege of photographing their beautiful lil princess – just five days new. Look at Karla saying: “Hello World!”

Marta {Non Such Park, Surrey}: Maternity Portrait Photography

I’ve really gotten to know Non Such Mansion and Park lately – and I love it.. it’s such a great location for a beautiful wedding or family portraits. And for the lovely Marta’s maternity portrait session it was just perfect. We started at their home nearby (look out for her and Herc reading to Baby Bump Bump in Afrikaans and Polish – this is going to be a trilingual baby!) and we then had a bit of time exploring Non Such. I’ve discovered a couple of new little corners perfect for some portraits.. yay!

Thank you for such a lovely afternoon and much congratulations to you both on your new role as parents which is soon to commence. I can’t wait to meet your lil guy and photograph him when he arrives xx

Robyn {Non Such Park, Surrey}: Maternity Portrait Photography

Last Saturday morning the weather wasn’t so great, it was even drizzling soft rain at times, but it wasn’t going to stop these two excited parents-to-be. Robyn was 34 weeks pregnant (I usually recommend somewhere between 32 and 36 weeks as being ideal for maternity portrait sessions) and just looking gorgeous.. a glowing mommy-to-be! Congratulations you two – so very happy for you and can’t wait to photograph your lil mini-me in a short few weeks time!

We chose one of my favourite locations to photograph – Non Such Mansion and Park. There’s the beautiful mansion house (which provided us with a dry spot to photograph in), the massive park (perfect all year round – snow drops, daffodils and blue bells in spring, soft light in the long grass on summer evenings, autumnal colours or snow on the ground) and of course the cutesy coffee shop for a break in between or ice cream reward after the shoot I hope you’ll agree from this session that it’s just the perfect location.. Here are a few of my favourite images:

Ropertz Family Portrait Photography {Durban, South Africa}

As per previous trips back to South Africa (see their previous portrait session here), I got to photograph the adorable Ropertz children with their Yummy Mummy one sunny (but very windy!) afternoon. It wasn’t a very serious portrait session as such and so I mostly just let the kids pull face and have a giggle together – I really just wanted them to be themselves (they’re each so differant) and show the strong bond there clearly is between them.
